CONVENIENCE FEES
The following convenience fees will be charged for online payments:

• e-Checks: $2.00 flat fee
• Debit Card: $4.00 flat fee
• Credit Card: 2.4% of payment amount, minimum $1.80
  (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

State law requires convenience fees to be charged to the taxpayers who choose to make online debit/credit card payments for property taxes (M.S. 276.02). These fees are not retained by Wright County, but rather are paid to a third-party vendor to cover the costs associated with payment services.
